The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Govt. Zirtiri Residential Science College organized a NIRF Celebration and Awareness Programme on 14th October 2025 at Room No. 2/301. The event began with a live performance by the GZRSC Band, followed by an official function chaired by Dr. R. Lalengmawia, Vice Principal.
Dr. Zirliannngura, Principal, addressed the gathering, appreciating the collective effort of all departments in achieving the college’s NIRF success. Dr. M.S. Dawngliani, IQAC Coordinator, presented the NIRF report, and Ms. Lalthanpuii Ralte, Associate Professor of Home Science, delivered a session on POSH Act awareness.
The highlight of the programme was the Best Department Awards:
🥇 Zoology Department – ₹5,000
🥈 Botany Department – ₹3,000
🥉 Geology Department – ₹2,000
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Lalrinsangi Nghinglova, Assistant Coordinator, IQAC.
