The Student Support Committee in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science organized a Career Counselling Programme on 24th July 2026 at Block 2, Room 301. The programme commenced at 2:30 p.m. onwards with the objective of creating awareness among students about career opportunities, higher education, and professional development.
The programme was chaired by Mrs. Zodinpuii, Associate Professor, Dept. of Botany, while Dr. Lalhruaitluanga, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Computer Science served as the Resource Person. Dr. Lalhruaitluanga delivered an informative and motivating session, highlighting various career options, essential employability skills, and strategies for academic and professional success. The interactive session encouraged students to plan their future careers with confidence and clarity.
A total of 251 students of 1st semster attended the programme and actively participated in the discussion. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the distribution of light refreshments to all participants.
